Dear consumers of Aradippou Municipality

We would like to inform you that, since resuming responsibility of the Aradippou Municipality water supply and distribution, the Water Board of Larnaka is forced to make repeated interruptions of the water supply due to frequent leaks and failures in the network and also due to further actions of improvement such as, installation of new network equipment, replacement and installation of a new network.

Unfortunately, due to the current situation of the network, during the execution of the repairs and improvement works, large areas of the Aradippou Municipality are affected, because it is not possible at this stage to isolate and control smaller parts of the network.

For the convenience and smooth operation of households during the period of water supply interruption, consumers must maintain a water storage tank with a minimum capacity of 800 liters for each premise, as provided by the current legislation.

Please accept our apologizes for any inconvenience caused and hope for your understanding, considering that the ultimate goal of the Board is to reduce water losses from the network of the Municipality which are particularly high, so as to protect this valuable natural resource and to soon be able to offer better services to all consumers.
